NetEase Games and Marvel Games have announced the closed beta dates as well as outlining what the games’ presence at the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con will look like.
The upcoming Marvel Rivals closed beta will run from July 23 to August 5, 2024. The two-week beta period will allow fans to jump into the upcoming superhero team-based game and explore what the game is like.
According to NetEase Games, the closed beta will feature all the content from the recent alpha test as well as the chance to play with new heroes Venom and Adam Warlock in the newly revealed Tokyo 2099: Spider-Islands map.
The Marvel Rivals closed beta will take place on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC and will feature cross-platform play during the test. Those who wish to sign up for the closed beta can do so now by heading over to the game’s Steam page or by heading to the game’s official website and signing up.
Alongside news on the closed beta, Marvel Rivals will also have a presence at the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con. The game will host its own panel on Thursday, July 25, where the NetEase Games creative team will show off the s tory, art, and sound design for the game. A special presentation, streaming session, and signing session are also planned for the weekend, with Marvel Rivals going all out to make their presence known.
