With Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 edging closer to its release a month from now, developer Saber Interactive and publisher Focus Entertainment are continuing to offer new glimpses at the brutal action the shooter will have in store, and with a newly released video, they’ve showcased its multiplayer offerings a little bit more.
Specifically, a new look at the game focuses on two of the long-range character classes that players will be able to play as in Space Marine 2’s multiplayer modes– the co-op mode Operations and the PvP mode Eternal War.
First, there’s Valius of the Tactical class, whose specialization in long-range weaponry gives him access to a large arsenal of primary weapons, as well as the Auspex Scan ability, which not only reveals invisible enemies, but also lets you deal greater damage against the enemies that it highlights.
Then there’s Sipius, the Sniper class who benefits from swift and nimble movement, as well as his Camo Cloak ability, which lets you turn temporarily turn invisible to sneak up on enemies and catch them unawares. Check out the gameplay below for a loot at both classes in action.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 launches for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on September 9, with post-launch details arriving in the coming days. Check out the game’s PC requirements through here.
