Originally announced back in 2020, Armor Wars was meant to be a Disney+ series that would adapt the iconic 1987 limited comic series of the same name. In an interview with GQ last year, Cheadle opened up about the project, and said that it would follow his character coming out of the shadow of Tony Stark.
