Points into Blight do not impact the overall damage of this build, and the primary focus is to increase your stats that directly impact those projectiles from the Amulet. Attack Speed is crucial for applying multiple stacks of the projectiles as well as increasing your Intelligence as much as possible to empower Wither to its fullest potential.
