The lovable Yuna is ready to don her cuddly onesie once more (not that she ever took it off, in the first place) in her newly renamed anime, Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Punch! Little Fina and Yuna had just barely reunited to solidify their friendship before Season 1 drew to a close, and, after almost two years of patiently waiting, fans are keen to see what these girls get up to next.
As with many Isekai adventurers, Yuna's enthusiasm for her favorite VRMMO, World Fantasy Online, became a permanent fixture after she inexplicably lost the ability to return to reality. However, seeing that this NEET spent all her time gaming anyway, the situation doesn't pose as much of an inconvenience. Yuna just wants to unwind and decompress, yet her overpowered abilities have been accompanied by the burden of responsibilities, like protecting the weak and saving innocents.

Fortunately, fans can keep their expectations high, as the staff responsible for Season 1's masterpiece will all be returning for round two, with director Yuu Nobuta (Fairy Tail, Ouran High School Host Club) of EMT Squared Studios leading the pack.
If the new visuals are anything to go by, the same standard of kickass cuteness is also guaranteed, suggesting that Nippon Animation and Kadokawa haven't cut any corners with production. Yuki Nakano (Pokemon: The Movie, Psycho-Pass) also deserves some praise as Kuma Kuma Bear's chief animation director, whereas Shigeo Komori (High School Fleet, K-ON!) will be handling the musical aspects once again.
