The third character of Guilty Gear Strive's second season pass has officially been revealed, with Arc System Works adding a remixed take on a fighter from the past as its latest addition. The game has been a big hit for fighting game developer Arc System Works, becoming both a critical and commercial success. In fact, Strive recently arrived on Xbox consoles and the Game Pass this year, just in time for its eighth DLC character. This character is Bedman, who was previously playable in Guilty Gear Xrd and was a major character in that game, albeit under a different circumstance.
This character was revealed at Arc World Tour 2022, which is one of Arc System Works' fighting game tournaments. The first season pass introduced a number of new and returning characters to the roster of Strive, including fan favorite characters like Baiken, Jack-O, and Testament. Similarly, previous characters introduced in Season Pass 2 were Bridget, followed by Sin Kiske, with both characters being returning fighters from the franchise. This iteration of Bedman however will not feature the character that was seen previously, but instead his sister, Delilah, will be playable.

The character is known as Bedman?, question mark included, to indicate that this is a different version of the character fans have seen previously. Unlike the Guilty Gear Xrd incarnation of Bedman, Guilty Gear Strive sees the bed frame itself being the weapon, though it has the same shape-shifting abilities such as turning itself into various weapons that can attack the opponent.
