Digital Extremes is getting ready to celebrate Warframe’s 10th anniversary, and has set a special stream for next week to reflect on this last decade, and relive some of the game’s memorable moments along with the dev team.
The stream will be a look back on where things started and where they’re going for Warframe . Scheduled to participate are developers and leads including Rebecca Ford, Steve Sinclair, Sheldon Carter, Megan Everett, and Geoff Crookes. The anniversary celebration stream will happen on the Warframe Twitch channel on Wednesday, March 23rd at 11 AM PDT/2 PM EDT/ 7 PM GMT.
In the event announcement, Digital Extremes says that “Viewers can take a wild trip down memory lane, hand-in-hand with Digital Extremes, as the studio reflects on Warframe’s greatest moments and sets the stage for bigger things to come”.
This is not only Warframe’s 10th anniversary year, but the community can also look forward to some big releases and events starting soon. Next month, The Duviri Paradox, the next expansion content, will be released. Later in the year, the first in-person TennoCon in several years will take place in August. Expect an announcement soon on when those tickets go on sale.
Next Wednesday’s anniversary stream promises not just a trip down memory lane, but also Twitch Drops to score an Archon Shard. TennoCon will bring the hugest reveals later in the year, but there's certainly room for something now for spring.
