Looks like we’ll be diving into Kingdom Come: Deliverance II earlier than expected. Warhorse Studios has moved the release date up and will be revealing a lot more tomorrow.
After delaying the open world Medieval RPG sequel out of 2024 to February 11th, 2025, they've shifted things up slightly to February 4th, 2025. So, we get the game a week earlier than expected. It isn't a huge change, but even pushing up the date by a week shows that they feel like they’re squarely on track.
Tomorrow, the team will be releasing a brand new story trailer, along with full details on PC and console specs. Tomorrow is, of course, the PC Gaming Show: Most Wanted 2024, and KCD:2 is among the nominees for most wanted. They'll be participating and releasing a teaser for the story trailer during the event, with the full story trailer and details on the specs launching after the show is done.
We did get some hints intheir social posts, where PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S were confirmed to get quality mode and performance modes. They also shareda post on Steam with the brand new release date and a new IGN exclusive hands-on video if you have 10 minutes to spare and you can't wait until tomorrow's story trailer to watch some action.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II isn’t just releasing earlier, the game has officially gone gold.
