Several Intel Meteor Lake & Raptor Lake Refresh CPUs for the laptop segment have been leaked in the BAPCo database as spotted by Momomo_US.
Although the aforementioned CPUs are no mystery every now and then we get to see new entries within various databases. This time, we have the BAPCo database where not one but several next-gen laptop CPUs from Intel have leaked out. The leaked SKUs include four 1st Gen Core Ultra chips that are part of the Meteor Lake family, one 1st Gen Core CPU which is part of the Raptor Lake-U refresh family, and one 14th Gen Core CPU which is part of the Raptor Lake-H refresh family.
Starting with the specifications, we first have the Core Ultra 9 185H chip which offers a 6+8+2 config with 16 cores and 22 threads. This chip will offer a boost clock of up to 5.1 GHz. The next chip is the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H which features the same core configuration but lower clock speeds. The chip was tested on various notebooks from Dell, Lenovo, and LG. There are also the Core Ultra 5 135H and 125H which share the same core configuration of 4+8+2 cores with 18 threads but offer slightly different clock speeds.
The BAPCo database also gives us our first look at the 1st Gen Core (Non-Ultra) chip, the Core Ultra 7 150U, which is part of the Raptor Lake-U refresh. This chip features 10 cores and 12 threads. That makes it the successor to the Core i5-1335U which also shared the same config with 2 P-Cores & 8 E-Cores though it is kind of odd that the positioning of the chip has been upgraded one tier higher from Core i5 to Core 7.
Lastly, we have the Intel 14th Gen Raptor Lake-HX, Core i7-14700HX, CPU which also recently hit the Geekbench 6 database. We covered the chip and its benchmarks here. This is a high-end
