Samsung's next-gen Galaxy Book 4 lineup which includes a range of Intel Meteor Lake & Raptor Lake CPU options with NVIDIA discrete graphics has been leaked by WindowsReport.
Just a few hours after the first retail listings of Intel's Meteor Lake laptops within the US, Windows Report has leaked out Samsung's next-gen Galaxy Book 4 lineup of laptops which will come in a full range of configurations featuring a choice of 1st Gen Core Ultra "Meteor Lake" or the simple Core "Raptor Lake Refresh" CPUs. These laptops will be providing the latest hardware capabilities while the Meteor Lake chips will be powering the full range of AI PCs from Samsung.
Starting with the details, the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 lineup will include a total of five models. The models include the standard Galaxy Book 4, the 360, the Pro, the Pro 360, and the Ultra. Just as we had previously reported, Intel will be combining its Meteor Lake and Raptor Lake families under the same 1st Gen Core series but Meteor Lake gets the "Ultra" branding due to its premium nature as it leverages from a brand new architecture and more powerful integrated graphics in the form of the Arc series.
The report also highlights that the Samsung Galaxy Book lineup would continue to offer Intel CPUs until Qualcomm's Oryon CPUs come out which is when we would start to see them shift to the Arm-based architecture for Windows PCs. With that said, the first of these laptops is expected to retail in early 2024 which makes sense considering one of the configurations shouldn't be out by any PC vendor until Q1 2024.
This particular configuration is the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H which is supposed to be the flagship Meteor Lake CPU, offering up to 16 cores, 24 threads, and up to 5.1 GHz clock
