The inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix is coming next weekend (well the reborn one) for Formula One, and EA Sports is offering a free-to-play weekend for F1 23. From November 16 to November 20, players worldwide can experience the Las Vegas Grand Prix Circuit first hand on F1 23 for free on consoles and PC. Those that race in-game through the weekend will also earn double XP across various game modes and other rewards. Players can also expect a 60% discount from platform retailers as all in-game progress and unlocked content will carry over. F1 23 launched back in June on PlayStation 4|5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The 2023 Formula One season is also coming to a close, as brand ambassador Max Verstappen has wrapped up this year’s championship.
EA will also be hosting a star-studded event at the HyperX Arena in Las Vegas for the race. The event will include big names from sports, gaming and beyond to help kick off the race weekend. This can be watched on the official Formula 1 YouTube channel on November 15 at 1PM PT. The full list of attendees will be announced on November 13 on F1 23’s social media channels. On November 17, Max Verstappen will take boxing superstar Anthony Joshua through the streets of Vegas in F1 23.
From November 14 to November 20, F1 23 will include several in-game events. This includes a new Las Vegas ‘Pro Challenge’ that features Charles Leclerc and an F1 World Scenario Event with Lewis Hamilton.
