Each week, we scour the internet for all things indie MMO-related, so you don’t have to. This week, the news is light as there are signs of developers already starting to take some well-deserved summer breaks. Plenty of studios are still hard at work, though, and there are several test sessions planned in the coming weeks. Plenty of other stuff is also going on, like Slay Together’s combat rework (image shown above) and Fractured Online’s first testing session since parting ways with gamigo, so let’s quit wasting time and get started with this week’s Indie MMO Spotlight.

Weekly Release #109 highlights include character movement updates and clicking and dragging items in your inventory. Wow, only 109 weeks to get inventory management. Nice!
Update 1.4 is set for June 20th. NQ Ripley covered the update in a Twitch stream during the week. For those that prefer to read instead of watch, posts on the upcoming PvP changes and how to prepare for PvE missions can be found on the DU forums.
Taking player feedback into account, an updated roadmap was published this week. There were also a couple of patches focused on bug fixes and game balance pushed out this week.
