With the not-E3 season now officially behind us, it's time to settle into a steady summer of gaming. Square Enix is getting things underway this week with the release of Final Fantasy 16, a game we suspect many of you will be enjoying this weekend.
There’s only one answer to this in my mind: it’s Final Fantasy 16 time, baby!
I’m playing through Aliens: Dark Descent for review and having a blast. It’s a bizarre mix of real-time tactics and survival horror, and completely addictive. Game over, man. Game over!
I'll be working my way through the opening hours of Final Fantasy 16, much like everyone else I assume. I've also got Crash Team Rumble on the go, with a PS5 review planned for early next week.
I don't want to start Final Fantasy 16 as I'm going away next week, so I'm just bouncing around various mindless games I enjoy, like Street Fighter 6, The Crew 2. and Genshin Impact.
Another week where I can't say, but I'll be plucking away at the new Devil May Cry game Final Fantasy 16 and some of the surprisingly fun Crash Team Rumble.
With the release of Rogue Legacy 2 on PS Plus this week, I’ll be getting a good Friday Knight’s sleep in order to stay up all weekend playing it. No doubt I’ll end up killing off an entire bloodline with my lack of skill though.
Being so busy lately has been great, but it has meant certain things have fallen by the wayside. Case in point: I'll be playing Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective over the weekend and beyond for review, meaning Rogue Legacy 2 is on the back burner for now. Too many dang games!
