The summer game reveal season appears to be mostly behind us, but Annapurna Interactive held its own showcase event packed with game reveals and updates on older projects. The announcements included a new platform for Stray, a release date for Thirsty Suitors, and more details on the futuristic mech-western Bounty Stars. The biggest news of the presentation was a new Blade Runner game, with a moody trailer that evoked the feeling of the two films. You can check out all the announcements and trailers below.
Lorelei and the Laser Eyes
The first trailer was an update on Lorelei and the Laser Eyes. Presented like a paranoid thriller, the trailer had lots of cloak-and-dagger elements wrapped up in an enigmatic narrator. The trailer presented itself like a puzzle box, even ending with what appeared to be a cipher of some sort.
Cocoon
The next game from Limbo and Inside lead designer Jeppe Carlson is similarly spooky to those projects, with a new isometric perspective. The trailer was moody and evocative, and set a release date of September 29.
Lushfoil Photography Sim
This new game announcement was all about capturing picturesque, real-life landscapes. Though most of the trailer showed you walking through the landscapes in first-person, it also featured a classic camera viewfinder to express how you'll capture the world in photography.
To a T
This cute episodic adventure game got an update showing how the protagonist, simply called Teen, lives his life with his arms permanently locked in a T-pose. Just go with it.
Flock
A multiplayer co-op game from the developers of Hohokum and I Am Dead, Flock is all about finding unusual animated birds and adding them to your avian group. The brief trailer showed two players helping
