Lurker of the Deeps is a special rare in the Ringing Deeps that requires a degree of coordination from players to spawn. To spawn the Lurker, you must activate 5 Inconspicuous Lever hidden around the Ringing Deeps at the same time. As these levers are far apart, you must have a group of 5 players coordinating to press each lever.

If all levers are pressed at the same time (there is a small grace period of 5-10 seconds), a zone-wide announcement will appear in the Ringing Deeps chat: As the earthen machinery turns, something begins to stir in the nearby lake. If you fail to press them at the same time, they reactivate in 30 seconds for another attempt.
Once this happens, Lurker in the Deeps will spawn in the southern portion of the zone, by the lake just west of Opportunity Point. Lurker spawns approximately 1 minute after the announcement, giving enough time for all the lever pressers to arrive at the rare.
