The War Within introduces some Achivement-locked cosmetics in the form of the Dornogal Civilian outfits. While many of them can be acquired traditionally from a vendor, certain recolors are only from some lengthy work to gain the proper Achievement.
These outfits are worn by NPCs around Khaz Algar, and a good chunk of them can be purchased from Osidion, either for Resonance Crystals, or with Earth-Encrusted Gem, earned through Renown. These sets by themselves are fairly basic, as you would expect from civilian outfits. While you may not want to use the entire outfit, individual pieces of them can make great additions to really bring another transmog together. The belts especially are very versatile, having fairly neutral colors and some very nice-looking pouches, pockets, and embellishments. If you want specific color combinations, though, you won't be able to just rely on vendors!

Loremaster achievements aren't exactly known for being quick. Players are almost certain to get four of the required achievements just by leveling their first character from 70 to 80 through the Khaz Algar campaign quests, but after that, you're left with the four Sojourner achievements — tasking you to complete all of the side stories in each new zone.
This can be a tedious task, but there are some ways to knock this out while getting other things done at the same time. These achievements are account-wide, which means that you're not restritcted to using just one character. This is a good way to level alts; simply pick a zone and finish both the campaign and side stories at the same time. Unfortunately, a few storylines do require you to be level 80 for the quests to be available, so if it seems like you have finished everything a zone has to offer, try coming back at level 80.
