Incense BasicsIncense is crafted at the Alchemist. It grants a buff on use and the player gains a small area of effect around the character to provide the buff to others who come in contact with it.Other players coming in contact with the area of effect will receive the incense buff. The ability to buff other players lasts for 20 seconds. This overwrites any existing incense buffs of that type on the user and other players. A player can benefit from one incense of a type at any given time. There are three incense types (Type I, Type II, Type III), which means a player can benefit from a total of three incense buffs at once. Incense lasts for 20 minutes. Incense does not persist through death. Only the user of the incense needs to meet the level requirement for using it. Other players can benefit from the incense effect regardless of their level! The potency of incense is not increased by nearby players, even though it seems to be worded that way in the tooltip.
