Hideo Kojima's mysterious horror game,, has finally seen its first trailer courtesy of a world premiere at The Game Awards 2023. The biggest surprise of the announcement was the reveal that would be a collaboration with renowned horror film director Jordan Peele. While no gameplay was shown, a few members of the cast were announced, and the game's atmosphere is already chilling enough to resurface memories of, Kojima's lost media demo of what would have become .
Following its premiere at The Game Awards, 's trailer was uploaded to the Kojima Productions YouTube channel. The trailer shows very little about the game, but does provide a haunting first look at its cast, which includes Sophia Lillis, Hunter Schafer, and Udo Kier. With Xbox Game Studios attached, it's likely to be an Xbox Console exclusive, but there is no release window or date for just yet.
The teaser trailer exudes Kojima's signature artistry, leaving viewers and prospective players confused. The collaboration with Peele, though, should excite horror fans.
