Gran Turismo 7 update 1.35 is rolling out overnight adding three new cars, a couple of GT Café Extra Menus and expanded that quirky Music Rally mode with a clutch of new events.
GT7 patch 1.35 will be going live at 7am BST / 3pm JST on tomorrow, 29th June – that’s 11pm PDT on 28th June for the US.
The trio of new cars include more variants of some rally racing icons, the Subaru Impreza and Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. These two are from different eras, though, with the 2004 Impreza Sedan WRX STi ’04 and the 1995 Lancer Evolution III GSR. Fans of either brand will have a great time modding these cars, though.
Alongside them is the 2021 Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercar, which was designed in partnership with Red Bull Racing and aerodynamics wizard Adrian Newey. This project predated Aston Martin’s entry into Formula 1, though given their recent hiring practices, it’s clear they’re still pretty keen on tapping up some of Red Bull’s best and brightest.
