GOG will reportedly be giving away another free game starting on Friday.
According to ever-reliable dataminer billbil-kun, Hammerting will be free to claim for 72 hours starting on March 29 at 7am PT / 10am ET / 2pm GMT / 3PM CET.
“Hammerting is a vertical dwarven mining colony sim with RPG elements,” according to its GOG listing.
“Manage a clan of colourful Dwarves, establish an epic mining operation, craft legendary swords and delve deep for greater glory, riches… and danger.”
Developed by Warpzone Studios, the game was published by Team17 Digital in 2021 and has a score of 64 on review aggregation site Metacritic.
In its review, PC Gamer called it “a fiddly take on management, survival and city building that you can still lose a weekend to.”
Hammerting costs $24.99 / £19.99 at full price on GOG, Epic Games Store and Steam, although it’s currently on sale for $2.49 / £1.99 on two of the three marketplaces.
Deck-building hack and slash adventure Book of Demons was given away on GOG last week.
Sega and Obsidian‘s critically acclaimed 2010 action RPG Alpha Protocol was released on GOG last week, making it available digitally for the first time in five years.
