Some updates have been made to the Night Elf settlement of Bel'ameth in 10.2.7. Tyrande's leadership title removed and the ship to Gilneas has been renamed!
On the 10.2.7 PTR, TheRedShirtGuy noticed that, while previously Tyrande's NPC in Amirdrassil still had the title <Leader of the Kal'dorei>, this has now been removed.
Tyrande and Malfurion recently decided to settle in Bel'ameth for a while during the Dragon Isles Epilogue, and handed leadership of the Night Elves over to their daughter, Shandris Feathermoon. The removal of Tyrande's title reflects this change. However, Shandris's title currently remains <General of the Sentinel Army>, at least for now.
We already reported on the new ship added in 10.2.7 that travels between Bel'ameth and Gilneas. In the latest build, RedShirtGuy noticed both the ship's name and the captain's dialogue have been updated.
Previously, the boat was named Rut'theran's Remembrance — a reference to Rut'theran Village at the base of Teldrassil, which acted as a port for the city of Darnassus. It has now been renamed to The Moonlit Rose.
In his new dialogue, Oaktalon still references his first voyage to Gilneas — the voyage he took to evacuate the Gilneans after the Cataclysm, bringing them to Teldrassil. However, he no longer speaks about visiting Tess, or about the Gilneans and kaldorei losing a home and then gaining a new one — the Gilneans have, after all, returned to the home they once lost, and Tyrande has promised that one day, when life blooms again on Teldrassil, the kaldorei will rebuild Darnassus as well.
