will be updated at least once a month, with its first update coming in June. That puts it almost exactly a month after its official worldwide release in May. Definitive release dates haven't yet been confirmed, but there's one update planned for every month for the rest of 2024, with the final update expected to be released in December.
The June update will primarily focus on a brand-new story arc, the so-called Kargalgan Arc from the anime and manhwa. However, it'll also add some new content separate from the main story, including a new Hunter and a new Shadow players can pull for, and a new non-story raid. Like most updates, it'll coincide with the start of another season for 's new Time Attack mode. This update will also mark the beginning of the first championship since release, a competitive event in which players attempt to set the fastest completion times.
Each new month will bring story changes to, but what that means differs from month to month. In June and December, this means full story expansions — the Kargalgan Arc in June, and the beginning of the Jeju Island Arc in December. In other months, it means simpler, shorter updates to the original story.
