One of the biggest events in entertainment, San Diego Comic-Con, recently returned for its latest iteration--and GameSpot parent company Fandom was there. Fandom threw a big party to kick off the show on July 20, featuring a performance by K-pop sensations NCT DoJaeJung and featuring the latest new IP from Electronic Arts.
The event was presented in part by EA, which came to San Diego Comic-Con to show off its newest game, Immortals of Aveum, which releases later this year. This is the first game from developer Ascendant Studios, which was founded by Sledgehammer Games and former EA veterans. The game was originally set to release on July 20 but was delayed to August for additional polish and optimization.
