Genshin Impact has officially confirmed the arrival of a long-awaited character, Arlecchino, also known by her nickname The Knave. This character has made numerous appearances in the Fontaine storyline, and she is currently the main villain of the ongoing Archon Quest.
Over the last couple of months, many rumors have been suggesting that Arlecchino could join Genshin Impact's roster at some point in the future. As the main storyline of Fontaine draws to a close, it appears HoYoverse has finally decided to make Arlecchino a playable character.

This was because Wanderer, previously known as Scaramouche, used to be an Electro user before HoYoverse decided to equip him with an Anemo Vision.
