The fastest method can complete the quest in less than four minutes, and the easiest way allows you to complete it while AFK.
Quick Notes About Celebrate Good Fun!
This quest is available for all characters during the 20th Anniversary event. The quest shows up any time that you DO NOT have the Blessings of the Bronze Dragonflight buff. The quest also rewards 3x Bronze Celebration Token, but only on the first time you complete it each week.
Fastest Way to Complete Celebrate Good Fun!
The fastest way relies on battle pets. On the west side of the celebration area, you can find Petra, located at /way #71 62.0 50.1. Next to her, there is a Pet Box, which contains Pet Mirror inside. Pet Mirror allows you to transform into your currently summoned battle pet, which unlocks extra activities. If you can't see the box, it means you have Pet Mirror in your bags.
While transformed as a pet, you can collect Zoomy treats. These treats give you increased move speed and, more importantly, give 1% credit towards Celebrate Good Fun!. The treats respawn after about 30 seconds, so you can loop in a circle around a couple known spots and complete your quest quickly. Below, you can see a couple of spawn examples for Zoomy Treats.
Note that there are more spawn locations for treats, but you don't need a big loop until the first ones start respawning.
Easiest Way to Complete Celebrate Good Fun!
The easiest way also uses Pet Mirror. However, instead of running around as a pet, we are just going to take a nap. Around the event area, you can find baskets that you can enter as a pet. While inside these baskets, you gain 1% progress towards Celebrate Good Fun! every couple of seconds. This will take several seconds to finish, but as long as you stay inside the basket, it can complete the quest while AFK. Note
