Universal Pictures and Blumhouse have announced the Peacock release date for the upcoming streaming debut of its latest psychological thriller movie starring Golden Globe nominee James McAvoy (X-Men: First Class). It currently holds a Certified Fresh of 84% on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 200 reviews. During its theatrical run, the film earned a worldwide gross of over $76 million at box office.
Speak No Evil will offiicially be available for streaming starting on December 6, exclusively on Peacock. The film consists of stars Mackenzie Davis (Terminator: Dark Fate), Scoot McNairy (A Quiet Place Part II), Alix West Lefler (The Good Nurse), Aisling Franciosi (Game of Thrones), and Dan Hough.
The film was written and directed by James Watkins (The Woman in Black), based on scribes Christian Tafdrup and Mads Tafdrup’s 2022 Danish horror movie Gæsterne. It was produced by Jason Blum and Paul Ritchie, with Beatriz Sequeira serving as an executive producer.
