, a romantic drama movie based on Colleen Hoover’s 2016 bestselling novel of the same name, is coming to Netflix in the United States for its streaming debut.
Directed by Justin Baldoni (Jane the Virgin), who also starred in the film as the lead character’s abusive husband Ryle Kincaid, It Ends With Us opened in theaters back in August. Though it debuted to mixed reviews, the film adaptation had an impressive run at the global box office with over $300 million worldwide gross.
It Ends With Us is set to arrive on Netflix on December 9, 2024, just in time for the holiday season. In addition to Baldoni, It Ends With Us also stars Blake Lively as Lily Bloom and Brandon Sklenar as Atlas Corrigan.
The rest of the cast includes Jenny Slate as Allysa, Hasan Minhaj as Marshall, Kevin McKidd as Andrew Bloom, Amy Morton as Jenny Bloom, Isabela Ferrer as the young version of Lily, and Alex Neustaedter as the young version of Atlas, among others.

It Ends With Us, based on a screenplay by Christy Hall, is also available for rent and purchase on Prime Video and Apple TV+.
Per the official synopsis, It Ends With Us “tells the compelling story of Lily Bloom, a woman who overcomes a traumatic childhood to embark on a new life in Boston and chase a lifelong dream of opening her own business. A chance meeting with charming neurosurgeon Ryle Kincaid sparks an intense connection, but as the two fall deeply in love, Lily begins to see sides of Ryle that remind her of her parent’s relationship. When Lily’s first love, Atlas Corrigan, suddenly reenters her life, her relationship with Ryle is upended, and Lily realizes she must learn to rely on her own strength to make an impossible choice for her future?”
