Explorer-Themed Armor and Weapon Transmog in Patch 10.2.5
The Patch 10.2.5 PTR adds explorer-themed armor and weapon transmogs in Patch 10.2.5, including recolors of the popular Recruit A Friend armor sets. We're not sure how to acquire these items just yet, but perhaps they're related to the Azerothian Archives announced earlier today:
Discover the history of the Dragon Isles and meet a unique cast of characters, hear stories of old, and witness the iconography of a time before. Participate in Solo and Group activities within Traitor’s Rest with a Weekly Public Event, plenty of opportunity to explore, and earn rewards like Battle Pets, Mounts, and a Transmog set.
New Explorer Transmog Sets
Patch 10.2.5 adds two armor sets based on the Ensemble: Renowned Explorer's Attire, the 12-month reward for the Explorer's Track introduced in 2019 until it was retired in the Dragonflight Recruit a Friend revamp in March 2023. We datamined recolors initially in Patch 10.1.7, but the sets below have undergone some tweaks since then. Perhaps these colors aren't final, as the items are called for placeholder.
The two recolors are called Explorer and Unearthed, and can be previewed in our PTR Dressing Room.

There are four new hats, some with some interesting flavor text referencing the new Azerothian Archives feature.
