Following Bioware's celebration of Day, the developer has given players a chance to get armor-themed around the beloved Commander Shepard. Thankfully, this special set is fairly easy for any player already deep into the game's story. New players will have a bit of work to do themselves, but it's time that would need to be spent to progress the story anyway.
While Veilguard's lack of evil player choice has left some fans wanting more, getting to dress up as a medieval-themed version of gaming's favorite space RPG commander should definitely take the sting off. Given that did the same thing themselves for a while back, allowing players to get the series-themed Blood Dragon Armor back in, it's only fitting that we get to see things switched the other way around. With the quick and easy way to get the armor, you'll impress your crew with your new look in no time.
You can only get the armor in after completing the campaign mission, , before finding it in the chest next to the Workshop at the Lighthouse. is a very early story quest where you need to go retrieve Solas' Lyrium dagger. If you're only just starting, being able to unlock the armor should take you no more than two to three hours of gameplay. It's certainly a lot easier than figuring out the best Mage build in the game.
If you've already completed and, you can go to your wardrobe and equip the Mass Effect armor immediately.
As wraps up and you find yourself back in the Lighthouse, you'll then begin, where you're free to explore the base. Walk outside, approach the Workshop bench, and go to the chest next to it. Read the note before opening it, and you'll see a charming nod from Harding to Commander Shepard. Once you open the chest, the armor appearances, Specter of Battles Past, Paragon of Leadership, and Command Helmet, will be added to your inventory.
Returning to the Dragon Age franchise, Harding makes her reappearance in The Veilguard, leaving players to wonder if she's now romanceable.
