In order to prevent players from skipping certain sections and encounters within an Operation,will now award players with an Extermination Bonus. According to the patch notes, players will earn a different Extermination Rank depending on how many spawned enemies they kill, with the higher ranks awarding significantly more XP.

For example, to earn Rank A, players will need to kill more than 85% of spawned enemies. The reward for reaching this rank is +120% XP pre-patch value. It's an understandable choice, but the new Extermination Bonus will make it so that these sections are actually worth doing.
