Honkai Star Rail Amphoreus Leaks: Mydei's Ultimate Is Building Up To Be The Most Stylish In The Game So Far, According To Datamined Information
A set of new Amphoreus leaks for have emerged and they hint at Mydei’s Ultimate possibly becoming one of the most stylish abilities in the game. Amphoreus is the next major destination for the Astral Express in HoYoverse’s turn-based RPG. The location has been officially announced and teased by the developer as an area heavily inspired by ancient Greek and Roman mythologies and civilizations, and this should be reflected in both world design and characters. The first playable Amphoreus character in will be Aglaea in Version 3.0, but there are more to come.
HoYoverse has teased the new destination with its roster of characters, all of which are somewhat inspired by deities and key figures in the aforementioned civilizations’ histories. Over 10 figures have already been teased and one of them is called Mydeimos, or Mydei for a shorter version. Mydei is a warrior with light-colored hair who appears in a battle stance in the Amphoreus teaser trailer, flanked by what seems like a red lion-like creature. Mydeimos’ release should come well after the introduction of Aglaea in , but there are already some leaks about him.
The first sketches of Mydei’s Ultimate ability have allegedly been datamined and featured in a new leak. The images were obtained by the leaker known as Uncle Biata, which were then shared in a post on Reddit. The datamined files show what seem like impact frames for the animation of Mydei’s Ultimate in black and white. Impact frames are a technique used in certain types of animations, commonly in anime, as a way to highlight the power and movement of a certain character’s actions. In Mydei’s case, the leaks show the character's outline and his lion's outline.
Leaks have pointed toward a new gift for players in Honkai: Star Rail 3.0 and one of the items listed may be better than 10 free pulls from banners.
