Honkai Star Rail 3.0 Livestream: Date, Time, Amphoreus Characters, & What To Expect
The 3.0 livestream is set to occur soon as the turn-based RPG’s Version 2.7 moves into its latter half and starts gearing up for the release of Amphoreus and all of its related contents, including new characters, main story quests, and activities. Version 3.0 is the next big patch for HoYoverse’s title and it should kick off its third year of content by taking the Astral Express crew to the mysterious new destination called Amphoreus. So far, HoYoverse has shown some teasers for Amphoreus in 3.0, such as a video highlighting some locations.
The new characters that players will meet on their journeys were also teased, though not described in-depth so as to avoid spoilers before the release of the location. As an annual update, Version 3.0 is expected to be a huge one for a plethora of reasons: the update should bring forth new map locations that compose Amphoreus and even new gameplay mechanics that should be exclusive to the overworld in The Eternal Land. Players can expect several treasures in 3.0, and much of the information about Amphoreus and its contents will be presented during the upcoming livestream.
Even before an official announcement by HoYoverse, the date and time for the Version 3.0 livestream can be predicted thanks to the game’s fixed schedule for each update. With version 2.7 being the final update of content this year, Version 3.0 is expected to arrive on January 15. Because livestreams tend to occur two weeks before, on Friday mornings, the Version 3.0 livestream will likely occur on January 3, at some point in the morning. The developer should confirm the exact date and time for the 3.0 livestream a few days before the event happens.
