The developers at Pocketpair have announced the Spring Festival celebration event within as they have just reached one year since launch. was a major success at the time it launched, and even with a few legal hiccups along the way, the creature collector is still pumping high player numbers daily.
In a recent post on the official X account, the devs revealed the details for not only the new event but the update that came alongside it. Several Pals will have new spring-themed skins, and there are a plethora of balance adjustments and bug fixes to boot.
Five festive skins have been added to including Lucky Cativa, Fortune-Bringer Lyleen, Fortune-Bringer Lyleen Noct, Lion-Dancer Chillet, and Lion-Dancer Chillet Ignis. To use the new skins, players will need to have the Pal in their base or within their Palbox to equip it. Skins are used to change the appearance of the player's Pal in and in order to change how they look, players will also need the Pal Dressing Facility within their base. The skins just add a little bit of fun to the title, and realistically don't change anything more than the adorableness level of the Pals roaming around.

On top of the new skins comes a massive amount of bug fixes and balance adjustments. The production speed of the Crude Oil Extractor has been increased, and weapons and armor created with certain blueprints have been given a slight durability boost. Already created armor and weapon durability will remain as is, however.
