For Reddit user, Lord-Mankey, this cozy island experience quickly became a dark and grisly murder scene thanks to a glitch in the game that caused the poor rabbit villager, O'Hare, to become impaled on a beach umbrella.
Finding their NPC neighbor O'Hare impaled on a beach umbrella in this peaceful space would certainly be a shock to anyone. Thankfully, O'Hare survived the difficult ordeal, which was caused by the game having a minor glitch with placing the villager on the chair in the middle rather than to the left or right.
O'Hare must have thought a nap on the beach under an umbrella would be much more peaceful than it turned out to be. Though the actual event of his massacre was not witnessed, the aftermath brought a gasp and likely a moment of panic. The player, Lord-Mankey, was simply taking a stroll when they stumbled across the scene and quickly removed the murderous furniture to prevent this situation from occurring again.
