Apple has finally resumed the beta updates after the holiday season. Today, the company has seen fit to release beta 2 of its upcoming iOS 17.3, iPadOS 17.3, watchOS 10.3, macOS 14.3, and tvOS 17.3 to developers for testing purposes. If you fit the criteria, beta 2 is available for free download for all comparable devices.
After three weeks, Apple has finally released iOS 17.3 and iPadOS 17,3 beta 2 to developers. The latest beta can be downloaded through the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Head to General > Software Update > Beta Updates and download your device's latest iOS 17.3 or iPadOS 17.3 beta. Make sure that your Apple ID is connected to your Developer account to receive the beta updates over the air.
Besides iOS 17.3, Apple has also released beta 2 of watchOS 10.3 to developers for testing. The latest beta can be downloaded by heading to your iPhone's dedicated Apple Watch app. Navigate to General > Software Update > Beta Updates and download the latest watchOS 10.3 beta 2. Again, your Apple ID should be linked to your Developer account. Additionally, make sure that your Apple Watch has over 50 percent battery, is plugged into a power source, and is in the range of your iPhone.
Apple has also released macOS 14.3 beta 2 alongside iOS 17.3 to developers. The latest beta can be downloaded over the air through the Software Update section in System Settings. Toggle on macOS Sonoma Developer Beta in the Beta updates tab. You will require an Apple ID connected to your Developer account to receive the update over the air.
Lastly, Apple has also released tvOS 17.3 to developers. The latest beta can be downloaded on your Apple TV through the Settings app. Apple will potentially introduce all updates mentioned above later
