Warning: contains spoilers for Wolverine #21!
Marvel's Deadpool has a healing factor that might be as powerful as Wolverine's — but the Merc with a Mouth may have finally found a weapon that can kill him for good, powers or no powers. Wade Wilson is known for his dual katanas, his off-brand and inane sense of humor, his fourth wall-breaking antics and his immensely powerful healing factor that allows him to survive nearly any attack. But in Wolverine #21, Deadpool finally encounters a weapon that can cease his jokes for good (and the proof is in a previous comic).
Even compared to other superheroes who can heal from their wounds, Deadpool's healing ability is tremendously strong. Wolverine's ability is hampered in part by his adamantium skeleton, which constantly poisons him from the inside out and limits his power, but Deadpool has no such limitations. Additionally, Deadpool is barred from the realm of Death when he 'left' her after a close call, before his healing factor was fully implemented. However the canonicity of this encounter is debatable.
