While Deadpool is never shy to admit he has one of the best healing factors in the Marvel Universe, the overconfident Merc with a Mouth once revealed a villain has even stronger regenerative powers: MadCap. In Deadpool #4 (2016) from Marvel Comics, Wade Wilson admits MadCap's healing factor is unequaled, even going so far as to say his own is no match for it. Deadpool's admission might seem odd given his pride in his healing factor, but MadCap's is truly special.
Deadpool's healing factor has gotten him in and out of many deadly situations, as the antihero has been chopped into pieces, impaled, and even disintegrated on multiple occasions. However, one of the fourth-wall-breaking character's villains has an even better healing factor. MadCap is a troubled, but an incredibly powerful villain who can manipulate emotions with his powers, while his healing factor has kept him alive amidst many suicide attempts. Deadpool and MadCap have sparred over who has the better regenerative powers before, but the Merc with the Mouth once admitted his healing factor can't be compared to the amazing abilities the villain possesses.

In Deadpool #4 (2016) by Gerry Duggan, Mike Hawthorne, Terry Pallot, Guru-eFX and VC's Joe Sabino, Deadpool hires a group of villains including Stingray, Foolkiller, Slapstick, and Madcap to dress and go on missions as him, in an effort to gain more fame and success.
