Warning! Spoilers for Hulk #7 by Marvel Comics
The deadliest Hulk, Titan, is one of the most terrifyingly powerful versions of the Jade Giant ever, but recent hints suggest the Hulk's Hulk could involve the dark side of another hero: The Sentry's Void. In Hulk #7 by Marvel Comics, when the Hulk erupts in a battle against Thor, a handful of lines, including «the only man [Hulk] knew as a friend,» suggest that the reality-altering villain Void might be what created the deadly monster. In turn, it could explain his incredible powers as Titan.

Sentry has gone through great lengths to stop the Void, including erasing his own memory multiple times, as he knows that being a great (albeit unstable) hero doesn't outweigh the potential danger his dark side can cause.
