Warning: Spoilers for Devil’s Reign #4
As the chokehold Wilson Fisk has on New York grows tighter, he’s found a new way to cement himself as Daredevil's polar opposite. The epic crossover event, Devil’s Reign, continues to show the extent that Kingpin is willing to go to in order to keep his city afraid and under his control. In creating one of the most far-reaching invasions of privacy, Fisk has achieved a 'power' of sorts that darkly reflects the skills of Matt Murdock.
Fans, of course, know that Daredevil was blinded as a child while attempting to save another person from being hit on the street. His altruism was rewarded by being doused with chemicals that, while robbing him of his sight, enhanced his other senses to superhuman levels. By intensely training, Matt honed his powers to give him perception that keys him into information he otherwise shouldn’t know.

Kingpin also utilizes information to his advantage, although now he’s found a new terrifying way to get it. Devil’s Reign #4 by Chip Zdarsky, Marco Checchetto, Marcio Menyz, and Clayton Cowles portrays the extremes the Fisk administration is going to in order to enforce its anti-superhero laws. In the weeks since the mayor launched his new campaign against heroes, a swath of “anti-crime” drones now patrol New York. “Impenetrable, un-hackable, otherworldly” Matt notes “They fly through the city with their damn eyes—thousands of them—hunting anyone who dares ignore Fisk’s zero tolerance policies.” Much like Daredevil, Fisk has found a way to keep an extended eye on New York.
