Daredevil Revealed The First Thing He Would Do If Given His Sight Back
Fans don't need to theorize what Daredevil would do if he got his sight back because it's already happened on multiple occasions in Marvel Comics. But one such time took place in the Superior Iron Man series. It was written by Tom Taylor and illustrated by Yildiray Cinar.
During the blockbuster Marvel crossover event AXIS, various heroes and villains switched moral alignments. Good guys became bad and bad guys became good. The vast majority of these characters reverted back to their normal selves by the end of the series. One notable exception, however, was Iron Man. Having evaded the target area for the reversion, Tony Stark set up shop in San Francisco and donned a new armor and business plan. He wanted to deploy Extremis 3.0 to the Bay Area, make people addicted to it, and then charge them money to have it continue.

Having learned of this plan, Daredevil sought to stop him. He kidnapped Tony, brought him deep underground, and unleashed an EMP to disrupt all of his tech. In reality, Tony Stark tricked him and was able to turn the tables on Daredevil. After being knocked unconscious, Tony activated the Extremis 3.0 inside Daredevil, which gave him his sight back. This was only temporary, though. The Extremis 3.0 would wear off unless Daredevil gave in to Tony's demands. Daredevil refused and knew he only had a limited amount of time to utilize his eyesight. With this in mind, Matt Murdock went to visit his friend Foggy Nelson. He made it just in time as his eyesight started to fade just as Foggy opened the door. Matt was able to see him, but he never reveals to Foggy that his eyesight was cured in that moment.
