In this post, we're taking a look at «Dalaran Defender» weapon models added in the War Within alpha. Early signs point to Dalaran playing a role in the build up to the expansion, and vendors from the pre-patch event will sell these weapons.

The Dalaran weapons reflect the style of the city, with the trademark pink Kirin Tor logo and golden details. We've also found Dalaran Defender armor, but these appearances could be placeholder as they match the Ensemble: Void-Bound Battlegear sets coming from the Trading Post and doesn't thematically fit the colors of the city. On the other hand, these items could be a tribute to Xal'atath and the shadowy threats of the War Within.
