To unlock Relic Perks in, players must find Militech Data Terminals to get Relic Points. Relic Perks are among the most powerful perks in the game, and are particularly useful for anyone using Arm Cyberware such as the Mantis Blades and Monowire. However, Dogtown’s Data Terminals aren’t easy to find, making it difficult for V to unlock the Relic’s full potential.

Relic Perks are included in and become available after V first meets the mysterious netrunner Songbird. Songbird clears corrupted junk data from the Relic in V’s head, making room for new Perks based on Militech combat data. Throughout the DLC, she’ll also give V some extra Relic Points. However, it’s highly recommended that you find Data Terminals to unlock Relic Points as quickly as possible.

Each Data Terminal gives V one Relic Point.

Located near the north end of Dogtown Stadium, past the Autofixer terminal where V can purchase some of new vehicles. Head up the stairs past the Militech tank and the vending machines, and you should spot another smaller staircase underneath a wall marked “K6”. The Data Terminal is inside a small room behind the statues.

If V chooses to involve themselves in fantastic Gigs and side quests, it’s likely they’ll become quite familiar with the Heavy Hearts Club. When exiting Dogtown Stadium, take the stairs on the right down to street level. Keep going until you spot a concrete staircase roughly opposite the club. Follow the stairs up and follow the path. The Data Terminal should be on the right wall.

Opposite the abandoned Los Osos building, you’ll find another abandoned building. Follow the ramp up and head straight. The Data Terminal should be on the wall to your left. You might actually sneak through this area when racing
