We've been honing our skills on the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 remake for weeks now, and it's finally time to put those skills to the test… Season 1 of the online mode is finally here!
And it brings with it a good few changes to the fast-paced shooter. Bugs have been ironed out, as have other issues such as balancing, and we're getting a few more maps.
If you want to know exactly what's changed before diving into season 1, you've come to the right place.
As we said above, the patch notes range from new maps to fixed bugs.
Let's take a look at the former first, because three new maps feels like an early Christmas present. Greece is a coastal town with a yacht to explore, Meat is (as you might expect) a slaughterhouse and Training Facility is a gunfight exclusive in an old warehouse.
There are also new modes, alterations to weapons and fixes to a plethora of issues. If you want to see the nitty gritties, let's take a look at the complete patch notes.
The full list of patch notes can be found on the official website. You can find all information there, including upcoming seasonal events.
We'll share the complete list below, though, taken word for word from linked website above. These are the patch notes:

Look for the Meat 24/7 Playlist to debut during the first week of season 1, with other exciting Playlists expected in the weeks ahead. Another all-new 6v6 map, Rio, is expected to launch in-season
