Samsung's Galaxy A series has been selling really well for the longest time and for all the right reasons. I still remember the day I got the Galaxy A52s for my wife. It was only a few days after I received my Galaxy S22 Ultra's pre-order, and for a few minutes, I was confused about how similar these devices really are. With 2024 here, Samsung is working on the Galaxy A55, and today, we have some fresh renders showing the odd design choice the company is going for.
The Galaxy A55 is going to be a success, and there is no denying that. It borrows a lot of elements from the more expensive Galaxy S24 series, but the one thing that is odd here is the design language that the company has decided to go with. You can see in the renders below:
As you can see in the images above, the Galaxy A55 will be available in Awesome Navy and Awesome Lilac. There is going to be another color with the name Awesome Iceblue, but the render is not there for now. Needless to say, Samsung is keeping the playful colors for the A series devices, and it makes a lot of sense, as well.
The Galaxy A55 is going to ship with an Exynos 1480 chipset and a 50-megapixel primary sensor. You will also get 25W charging, and of course, you can expect a telephoto and an ultra-wide lens, as well. We don't know the exact release date of the phone, but considering how Samsung is launching its Galaxy S24 series later this month, you can expect the A series devices to start rolling out sometime in February or March this year.
