Here's everything that changed in the latest update for multiplayer and Zombies.

A new update has arrived to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. The December 14 patch notes include a change to how the Ghost perk works in multiplayer as well as updates to the worm boss fights in Zombies mode.
The biggest change for multiplayer is an adjustment to the Ghost perk. Previously, Ghost was only activated for a player if they were moving, but this update allows players equipped with the perk to be stationary for two seconds before the anti-radar effects are disabled.

The developer confirms this change was made based on feedback and says, «We've added a grace period to the movement requirement of the Ghost T/V Camo. With this change, players remain detectable by radar while not moving, but momentary pauses will no longer cause their position to be revealed.»
Various multiplayer playlists received changes to score limits. Team Deathmatch and Kill Confirmed score limits were increased to 125 for 10v10, 150 for 12v12, and 125 score for small map playlists.
For Zombies mode, adjustments were made to the Greylorm Aether Worm boss fight. The update addresses an issue where getting eaten by Greylorm and grabbed by a Mimic at the same time could cause players to get pushed under the map. It also now prevents an issue that previously caused the boss to instantly die after spawning.
