Asus is going to launch the Asus ROG Phone 8 series in China on January 16th, later this month. The company hasn't been shy as far as teasing the device is concerned since we have seen a number of teasers showing how the phone is going to look like. Now, we have some new renders for the Pro variant, showing the device from all angles. These renders show that Asus has finally decided to opt for a more streamlined and modern design.
Today, we are looking at the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, and this time around, the phone has leaked from multiple angles, showing us what it is going to look like. The design of both the standard and Pro variants is going to be the same, with the Pro variant having more lights, but other than that, almost everything looks identical in every way. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is going to bring a flat display, and there is now a center-hole punch camera instead of a notch. The front camera is a 32-megapixel unit, and the right side of the phone has the power and volume buttons. There is one USB-C port on the left side for accessories and one at the bottom for charging. You also get a relic from the past in the shape of a headphone jack.
Based on all the rumors that we have heard about the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, the phone is going to come with a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate. There is HDR10 support, as well as LTPO technology. You are getting a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with up to 24 gigs of RAM. There is also going to be a 5,500 mAh battery with 65W fast charging and an IP68 water rating.
