Pre-orders for the upcoming Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero were the second highest-grossing title on Steam last week.
The title is set to launch on October 10th and is something of a spiritual successor to the Budokai series of fighting games based on the Dragon Ball franchise from the PlayStation era. Based on the performance of 2018's FighterZ from Guilty Gear maker Arc, there's clearly an appetite for brawlers based on the anime and manga icon.
Counter-Strike 2 is back at the No.1 spot for the week, while Amazon and NCSoft's latest free-to-play MMO, Throne and Liberty, held onto third place. Dota 2 returns to the Top Ten at No.4 from No.16 on the back of a new gameplay patch, coming in ahead of EA Sports FC 25, which fell from first place last week to fifth.
Pre-orders for Bloober Team's eagerly-awaited Silent Hill 2 remake shot up from No.84 to sixth place on the back of positive reviews for the survival horror classic. It comes in ahead of Valve's Steam Deck hardware, which dropped three positions to seventh.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 fell two spots to eighth, coming in ahead of Diablo 4, which returns to the Top Ten in ninth on the back of the new Vessel of Hatred expansion, which launches today (October 8th).
Rounding off the charts is Black Myth: Wukong, which fell one spot to tenth week-on-week.
