Revealed during August's Nintendo Direct, Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is officially up for preorder right now at various retailers for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. While it doesn't have a set release date, its announcement trailer during the Direct said it's coming in 2025, so you hopefully won't have to wait too long to have this collection in your hands.

Similar to Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics, when you preorder a physical copy of Capcom Fighting Collection 2, you'll get a bonus Capcom vs SNK comic.
Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is a collection of eight classic games originally released on consoles such as the Dreamcast and PlayStation between the years 1998 and 2004 - Capcom vs SNK, Capcom vs SNK 2, Project Justice, Capcom Fighting Evolution, Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper, Plasma Sword, Power Stone, and Power Stone 2. Each has been updated to include a number of new features, such as online play. There's also a gallery full of art and design documents for players to look through and a music player, alongside new features like a training mode, mid-game saves, and so much more.
While the PS4 and Nintendo Switch preorders are currently live, Capcom took to X to say that an Xbox One version of Capcom Fighting Collection 2 will also arrive sometime in 2025.
