Burst of Knowledge Now Shares On Use Cooldown With Other Trinkets (i.e. Spymasters)

Burst of Knowledge Caster Trinket
Of the available loot from Blackrock Depths, one of the highlights is Burst of Knowledge. This mastery trinket with a stacking intellect on-use is especially powerful for casters that have big burst cooldowns every 2 minutes.
During PTR, many theorycrafters noted a bug with this trinket, it didn't share it's On Use Cooldown with other similar effects like Spymaster's Web. The Patch launched like this, and it wasn't until today that this has finally been fixed.
While this removes some of it's burst potential and removes it's ability to compete with Myth track loot, it still does have a place.
Post-Nerf
Burst of Knowledge is not particularly overbudget and certainly isn't as powerful as a max level Spymaster's Web, but it does have some unique benefits:
- Easily Obtainable — Can purchase directly from a vendor with Timewarped Relic Coffer Key. There are no other on-use caster trinkets from Season 1 Mythic+, and it doesn't involve Delve RNG to get high item level.
- Ease of Use — Doesn't require the forced movement of Treacherous Transmitter. Pop and forget!
