Now that the first big castle siege is done, Throne and Liberty looks to keep players’ attention with the introduction of some endgame two-star dungeons tomorrow.
The team is previewing the first group of new dungeons, giving a taste of what to expect, some of the lore behind them, and some of the challenges within. In order to take on the dungeons, you'll have to have 2,500 CP.
In Carmine Rage Island, Gaitan the Red Goblin King and his Bloodwave Goblins are continuing to wage bloody war after the King was reportedly given a huge amount of power from the dark elf Soleil. Still, the king and his goblins are looking to continue their deadly pursuits, so now it's your chance to go and stop them.
Voidwastes features Shakaux, known as an ultimate being of darkness. Once, he was Shaikal, raging through Solisium and killing many. Shaikal was nearly betrayed but absorbed all the domination magic used against him, increasing his power and turning him into Shakarux. This is who you will be facing, along with his minions and additional forces, along with a need to solve puzzles, mind curses, and avoid taking a dip in the acid pools.
Island of Terror (these dungeons just don’t let up on the nightmare names and scenarios) is the third new dungeon. You are charged with stopping the tyrant Kertaki, who was once the power-hungry Toublek. Through brutal magical experiments, he got power, and now, in his new form, craves even more power than ever.
Finally, Valley of Slaughter (there go those names again) is the final new dungeon. Here you'll face Turka, transformed by Tuaren experimenting on Duke Magna in an attempt to make an ultimate weapon. If you’re sensing some themes here, that’s not a coincidence. Turka has shadows running through him. Take down the Akidu Orcs, wielders of shadow magic, and the massive shadow power of Turka himself.
One thing to know is that rewards at the end of the dungeons use Dimensional Contract Tokens, so you can progress without worrying about
